Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Program Overview

Enrollment: Participation in the affiliate program is subject to approval. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application.
Eligibility: Affiliates must be at least 18 years of age and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Account: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your affiliate account credentials.

Commission Rate: Commission rates are set at the time of enrollment and may be adjusted with prior notice.
Tracking: Referrals are tracked via unique affiliate links and cookies. We are not responsible for lost referrals due to cookie deletion or browser restrictions.
Payment: Commissions are paid after a hold period for verification. Minimum payout thresholds may apply.
Refunds: If a referred customer receives a refund, the corresponding commission may be reversed.

You may not use misleading, deceptive, or unethical marketing practices.
Paid advertising on branded keywords (e.g., our company name) is prohibited unless explicitly authorized.
Spam, unsolicited communications, and cookie stuffing are strictly prohibited.
You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship where required by law.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use our approved marketing materials.
You may not modify our trademarks, logos, or branding without written consent.
All intellectual property rights remain with us.

Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time with written notice.
We may immediately terminate your account for violation of these terms.
Upon termination, pending commissions that have cleared the hold period will be paid out.
Unpaid commissions below the minimum payout threshold may be forfeited upon termination.

Our liability is limited to the amount of unpaid commissions owed to you.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
