What to look for
- Product answers come with cards — name, price, link — pulled from the catalogue, not written by the model.
- Order tracking returns the real status, items and total for the order you named.
- Policy answers summarise the store's own delivery and return pages.
- Coupon answers show the code with its minimum order and what it applies to.
- When something isn't in the store data, the assistant says so and offers to take your details for the team, instead of guessing.
- Ask in Spanish, Chinese, German — the reply comes back in that language.
- "Talk to a human" hands the conversation to the team's inbox and tells you so.
Questions about the demo
Is shop.vatdi.com a real store?
It is a real online store with real product pages, policies, coupons and customer accounts, run by Vatdi as a demonstration. Orders are not fulfilled and no payment is taken. What you see here is what the assistant does on any platform — the store data is synced the same way on WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Magento, Shopware, Joomla and Drupal, and read from your pages on Shopify or any other site.
Do I need an account to try the chat?
No. Open the store, click the chat bubble in the bottom-right corner and ask anything. The test accounts are only needed if you want to log in and place an order yourself.
How do I test order tracking?
Ask the assistant to track your order, then give it one of the sample order numbers and the email on that order — for example order 10001 with john@vatdi.com. It returns the status, the items and the total from the store.
Will it answer in my language?
Yes. Ask in any language and the assistant replies in that language; the store content itself is in English.
Can I do this on my own store?
