How does the AI learn my Shopify products?
The app adds the Vatdi chat widget to your storefront, and the AI trains on your store content — product pages, collections, policies, and FAQs — plus anything you add in your Vatdi dashboard knowledge base. Direct catalog API sync is on the roadmap.
Can the chatbot answer order and shipping questions?
Not live order lookup — that is on the roadmap for Shopify, and it is the one thing the plugins for WooCommerce, OpenCart, PrestaShop, Magento, Shopware, Joomla and Drupal do that the Shopify app does not. What it does answer is shipping, returns and general order questions from your store policies and FAQs, and it hands a specific "where is my order" request to your team with the full conversation attached.
